2007 Regimental Schedule Posted
Welcome to the Fifth Regiment, First Division, Army of Northern Virginia (ANV). We are a family-oriented, War Between the States reenactment non-incorporated organization. We primarily portray Confederate soldiers during the years 1861 to 1865 and welcome all individuals and their family members that wish to do a civilian portrayal.
This Internet Website is created as a communication tool for it's members and guests. It is dedicated to the men and women from the United States and Confederacy who made the ultimate sacrifice for the Cause they fought for.
This Website is being put together with the help and experience of all of the regiment's living historians. It is their site, and all are invited to participate in its construction and implementation. It is a creation of Colonel Duffie GL Miller; Regimental Commander. Its content is continually being updated, so please check back often.
The Fifth Regiment is currently looking for individuals and units to join us on the battlefield. We currently have members from as far north as New Jersey and as far south as Florida.
